# Why is my profile incomplete?

There are many things that can cause your profile to be incomplete. 

###### The best way to start off is to have a look at our "to do list" on the right side of your dashboard page. Hover over the list's icon and your list will pop up.

Here everything that is missing or needs to be done is listed , please ensure that you have added everything that is asked for on your profile and ensure you have these few key things.

1- Your Bio is at least 150 words long 
2- You have uploaded a professional photo of yourself 
3- All the qualifications you have added to your profile have a transcript or proof or registration
4- You have uploaded a copy of your ID in the identification section of your profile.
