I can't find my qualification

If you cannot find your qualification listed when adding a qualification, it might be that it has not yet been added to our database, but don't worry we just need a few things from you and we can add it for you ASAP!

To add your qualification we need the following information from you:
Institution/school name (e.g. University of Cape Town)
The qualification name (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce in Law)
And finally please provide proof that the qualification exists (e.g. link to online prospectus or copy of your academic transcript).
You can provide the file or link by replying in the chat box.

Once you have provided the required documentation, we will verify and add it to our database within 3 business day.
Please note that times may vary due to the festive season.
