What are “Work Rights”?
Work rights refer to the work permit you need to have to work in a country different from the one you were born in.
For example, if you were born in South Africa, you automatically have work rights/study rights to work/study in South Africa, but if you were born in another country, you will need to have a work permit/study permit that allows for your to work/study in SA.
