What to do if I cannot update my academic transcript due to outstanding fees?
If you're unable to upload your full academic transcript due to outstanding tuition fees, you're welcome to ask your university to send the transcript directly to us. Please reach out to support for the email address they should send it to.
We can hide it from your profile so that it’s not visible to you, but clients will still be able to view the correct version.
In the meantime, if possible, please attach a document confirming that you currently have outstanding fees. Alternatively, you can write a short note explaining the situation (in Word, then convert it to PDF) and upload that alongside your existing transcript to provide context.
We recommend using ilovepdf.com to merge or convert documents if needed.
