Why is my profile incomplete?
There are many things that can cause your profile to be incomplete.
Here everything that is missing or needs to be done is listed , please ensure that you have added everything that is asked for on your profile and ensure you have these few key things.
1- Your Bio is at least 150 words long
2- You have uploaded a professional photo of yourself
3- All the qualifications you have added to your profile have a transcript or proof or registration
4- You have uploaded a copy of your ID in the identification section of your profile.
If you still receive the message that your profile is incomplete, please contact us so that we can have a closer look for you.
The best way to start off is to have a look at our "to do list" on the right side of your dashboard page. Hover over the list's icon and your list will pop up.
